Customer Alert

We’ve recently been made aware of cases where a person or organization is soliciting for members to join a very large group to play the lottery. The cost to join includes administration fees or added costs to the value of the lottery tickets. If you are approached to join a group like this, please do not join.

These schemes are not sanctioned by any official lottery, and no-one is authorized to charge more than a lottery ticket’s face value. Only play the lottery with people you know and trust.  You can read more about our tips for players who want to form their own groups here.

Due to US law, we are unable to communicate with anyone regarding lottery products once they have entered the United States. If you have questions, please contact Customer Care before you leave or on your return to Canada.
